Autumn 2018: newly renovated 2-room apartment (58qm) on the 1st floor (elevator) of the house Euphrasia, in Klosters Dorf for up to 4 people. The apartment is equipped with a laminate floor and has Swisscom TV, radio, WLAN, telephone, balcony. New kitchen with 2 hotplates, oven, microwave in the oven, fridge, kettle, dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub/toilet/sink. Balcony and bedroom towards the main road. New bedroom with double bed, 2 mattresses. Living room with 2 fold-away beds. The existing garage place is equipped with elevator and has a maximum height of 1.40-1.50m. There is an outside place for Fr. 7.-/night avilable. If you have a ski box, you can put it behind the house or rent the outside place. Ski and boot room at the entrance of the house. Pets are not allowed. There is a flat being refurbished in the house from 9 April 22 and another house is being built above the house, so there may be more noise. The apartment is located on Landstrasse 61 in Klosters Dorf, directly next to the bus station "Rüefa". The Madrisabahn, the train station the nearest shops are about 10 minutes walk away.
