Description
The 4.5 room holiday apartment is located in the property on Voa Sporz in the Val Di Lai house. The apartment is quiet and centrally located. In just a few minutes, you are in the heart of Lenzerheide with numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities and connection to the sports bus.
The holiday apartment has three bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm). The living room is very spacious, offering a seating and dining area as well as a reading corner and invites you to linger. From the sunny south balcony, you have a beautiful view of the mountains. Furthermore, you will find two bathrooms with bathtub/WC and shower/WC and an additional guest WC. A whirlpool is also available to our guests on the upper floor on the south balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue dishes.
For your car, a garage space in the underground car park and a visitor parking space in front of the house are available.
The final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
