Nice little studio flat, quiet and centrally located with a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains.
It is an ideal place to relax for 1-2 people, starting point for the Locarno Film Festival, Moon & Stars, JAZZASCONA, hiking, cycling tours etc.
The flat has a balcony with lake view and morning sun, a small kitchen in the living area, a separate bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower/WC. There is a car park in front of the house. The flat is on the 2nd floor with lift. Heated swimming pool, garden and lounge in the residence are for shared use.
The cosy Piazza Grande with various shops and restaurants and the old town of Locarno are only 5 to 10 minutes' walk away. Locarno/Muralto railway station is also a 5-10 minute walk away. The middle station of the Madonna del Sasso cable car is 3 minutes away and the bus stop 5 minutes.
In the winter months from November to March, the studio can also be rented on a monthly basis on request.
This is a non-smoking flat. Pets are not allowed.
