This very beautiful 4.5 room apartment is located on the outskirts of Luven, a small village in the Grisons Oberland. The apartment is ideal for young and old, especially for families. It is very quiet and sunny, particularly spacious and very high-quality and comfortably furnished. From all rooms and the large sun balcony you have a wonderful view over the Vorderrhein valley, the Val Lumnezia and the Flimser Stein. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator via the underground garage.

Luven is located about 4 km above Ilanz, the first town on the Rhine, which offers numerous restaurants and shopping facilities. In winter, Luven is connected directly to the Obersaxen Mundaun Val Lumnezia ski resort with a feeder lift. Other ski resorts such as Brigels/Waltensburg/Andiast as well as Laax/Flims are easily accessible within 15 to 20 minutes by car. From spring to autumn, hikers and bikers can undertake numerous tours of different difficulty levels both directly from the house and in the immediate surroundings. A bathing lake is accessible within a few minutes by car. There are also beautiful golf courses near Sagogn and Brigels for golfers.
