Cosy, older, rustic 4 1/2 room flat (approx. 120 m2) in a beautiful residential area on Melchsee-Frutt. The flat is in a very sunny and quiet location with marvellous panoramic views of the fascinating mountain world. 3 minutes walk to the top station of the Melchsee-Frutt cable car. The flat is located directly on the ski piste - Bonistock - Melchsee-Frutt. The ski school meeting point can be reached in 3 minutes on skis. In summer and autumn, our flat is a starting point for countless beautiful hiking trails and mountain huts in the surrounding area.

Spacious, bright living room with access to the south and north-west-facing balconies and a marvellous panoramic view of the fascinating mountain world. The living room is equipped with Sat/TV. A wood-burning stove is available for cosy winter evenings. Kitchen with stone worktop, fully equipped, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, fodue and raclette crockery, coffee machine and espresso machine (Nespresso capsules). The flat also has 3 bedrooms with double beds or bunk beds, cot, children's bed linen, child seat, winter bag and sledge are also available. Bathroom/WC with washbasin and a bedroom with washbasin and WC. Kitchen and bed linen is provided at no extra charge. Ski and storage room for bicycles, skis and sledges etc. are available. In summer there is a free parking space in the underground car park. In winter, the car parks at the valley station must be used.
Melchsee-Frutt is traffic-free in winter and in summer the mountain road may be used up to the "Dämpfelsmatt" car park in front of the village. After that, you may only drive on with a permit. A permit is available for our flat.

The flat is often booked by large families or by two befriended families with children.
