The 2 or 3 room apartment is renovated, the rather low rooms with the wooden ceilings make the rooms particularly cozy. On the ground floor is the kitchen/living room, as well as the WC and shower. On the upper floor are the bedrooms. In the attic there are parking facilities for bicycles, skis etc. Next to the house is a sunny seating area with a view of Tödi. In the heart of the picturesque Glarnerland lies Schwanden. The gateway to the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Glarus Thrust. Schwanden is a central location in the Glarnerland and lies at 550m/asl with countless summer and winter sports opportunities. These are hardly limited in the Glarnerland. To name just a few examples: hiking, cycling/mountain biking, swimming, paragliding, diving, golf, climbing, as well as all winter sports such as skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding without the usual tourist hustle and bustle. The well-known summer and winter sports resorts Elm and Braunwald are only about 14km from Schwanden. The house is located right in the old village center of Schwanden. Shopping facilities and public transport are nearby. Parking in front of the house.
