The bright and stylishly renovated 2.5-room apartment is located in the heart of Silvaplana. It features two balconies facing northeast, offering a unique view of the Engadine lake landscape. The spacious and bright bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom, accessible from two sides, has a shower. The open kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a large dining table for four people. The living room is furnished with a sofa and an armchair. A garage parking space with an electric vehicle charging station (PLUG'N ROLL) can be rented for an additional fee.

The apartment is extremely well and quietly located in the heart of Silvaplana. The free electric shuttle bus to the Corvatschbahn departs directly in front of the house. The Volg supermarket and a bakery are right next door.

For shared use, there is a bicycle storage room, a ski room, and a laundry room with a washing machine/dryer.

Upon request, the sofa bed in the living room can be used.

The key handover takes place in St. Moritz.
