modern, open-plan kitchen, large dining table and cosy
reading corner on sofa. WiFi.

dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso),
fondue and raclette set and table and kitchen linen.
From this living room access to the
master bedroom (37 m2) with double bed, reading chair
and large TV.
Second bedroom (30 m2) with sofa bed (2 persons),
Sauna with 2 loungers and 2 seats, shower and WC.
Bathroom (12 m2) with shower, WC, towelling,
hairdryer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Special
All rooms have natural stone flooring (Hinterrhein) with
underfloor heating (geothermal).
The five-storey tower house with adjoining warehouse (Susta) was built over 600 years ago as a resting place and goods handling centre for muleteers and pack animals. The Susta stands prominently in the historic village centre and was used by the Sustmeister (‘Teiler’ - administrator of the muleteers' community) as a residential and commercial building.
Around 500 years ago, it was extended with a wooden hall extension (Strickbau) on a stone base. The building was destroyed by a village fire in August 1716, but was rebuilt in 1718.
The complete renovation in 2009-2010 returned the Susta to its historical structure.
