Warm and welcoming 3-storey chalet in a quiet location in Saint-Luc, sleeps 7.
Exterior: Individual chalet of approx. 110m2, on 3 floors. The chalet has a balcony/terrace with outdoor table and chairs and barbecue. The terrace offers superb views of the villages of St-Jean, Mayoux and Grimentz, as well as the surrounding mountains. In addition to the terrace, there is a garden area with a large flat surface and a pizza oven. -
Interior: First-floor entrance with storage space, kitchen on lower first floor, 2 living rooms (1 on ground floor with pellet stove and 1 on lower ground floor with fireplace and TV), 1 dining room, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin, 1 bathroom with bathtub, WC and washbasin, laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Kitchen: On the lower ground floor, open to the dining room and living room with fireplace and TV, equipped with fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, bean-to-cup coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette set and fondue set. –
Bedrooms and sanitary facilities:
- Lower ground floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed with 2 mattresses and 2 comforters, 1 bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin which has access to the bedroom and laundry room. Possibility of accessing the terrace/garden from the lower first floor. -
