Spacious 4.5-room apartment on the 3rd floor of a multi-family house in St. Moritz-Bad.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. The newly furnished living area invites you to relax. In addition to the dining area, which consists of a large table that can seat up to 8 people, there is a TV corner with 2 sofas and an armchair. The sofas can be converted into beds, providing two additional sleeping places. The fully equipped kitchen has a pass-through that leads to the dining area. From the living area, you can access a sunny, glazed balcony. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and shower fixture, and there is also a separate guest WC.

On the ground floor, there is a shared laundry room, a bike room, and a ski room with a waxing table. A garage parking space can be rented for CHF 15.00 per day. Additional parking spaces are located at Via San Gian 2 (distance: 500m, weekly parking permits available at the municipal police, Via Quadrellas 7).

The apartment is located in a quiet area of St. Moritz-Bad. Right next to it, you will find the forest, ideal for walking, hiking, or biking. Access to the cross-country ski trail is also next to the house. A sports field and indoor pool are in the immediate vicinity. The bus stop is just a few steps from the apartment. The bus runs every 10 minutes, taking you to the Signalbahn valley station, the gateway to the Corviglia ski area, in just 3 minutes.
