The cozy rustic holiday cottage with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen is around 45m2 in size and has a closed garage. The bathroom and kitchen were completely renovated in 2013. The house is ideal for 2-4 people. Children are welcome.

Remarks: The bathroom linen is to be brought by the tenant. Cleaning and tourist tax are included in the rental price.

The cozy little chalet is located on the outskirts of Surcuolm (Obersaxen/Mundaun municipality) near the ski slope. It is easily accessible on foot or by ski (approx. 200m). The chalet has a closed garage. You can relax on the beautiful new wooden terrace or in the newly created garden and enjoy the wonderful view. 

The village center with post office, bus stop and restaurants is within approx. 5 minutes walking distance.
