Spacious, comfortably furnished 3 ½ - room flat. Close to the train station and the post bus station. It is on the 5th floor of an apartment building (with lift) and has a south-facing balcony.
The flat has two separate bedrooms, a living/dining room, a kitchen, a shower and a separate WC. Coffee machine is from the brand "Delizio".
The holiday flat is centrally located on the southern outskirts of Thusis.
The village centre with various shopping facilities, the railway station / post bus station and various leisure & sports facilities (outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, Vitaparcours) can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot from the flat.
In winter, Thusis is the ideal starting point for visiting the various winter sports areas by private car or public transport.
