The flat is located in the heart of Wergenstein (Schamserberg). There is a cosy village square with fountain in front of the house. No car traffic. Children can play in front of the house. Rear part of an old farmhouse. 1 parking space directly in front of the house belongs to the flat and can be used by the tenants. The house also has a garden which can be used as a sitting area. Very quiet location. At night you sleep like marmots....
In summer ideal for mountain hiking and mountain biking. In winter wonderful for ski tours, sledging, snowshoe hikes, winter walks and as a base for the ski areas: Davos, Lenzerheide, Savognin, Splügen, Tschappina, Avers etc.
