Spacious 81m2 flat, open-plan kitchen to the dining and living room. TV, DVD player, internet and free WLAN. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue/raclette oven. One twin bedroom with a large wardrobe and one bedroom with a pull-out bed and a large wardrobe. Bathroom with bath and shower screen, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels for bath/shower/kitchen and bathrobe are provided.

A 15-minute walk from the railway station, in a sunny and quiet location with an unobstructed view of Zermatt and the Matterhorn, lies our apartment block built in 2010 (plan square C7). The village centre with its countless shopping facilities and the old village centre, which is well worth seeing, is just a few minutes away. The Gornergratbahn cable car, the Sunneggabahn valley station and the bus stop are also within easy walking distance, both of which are served by a lift located around 150 metres above our house. In winter you can ski from the Sunnegga-Rothorn ski area almost to the front door and in summer you can start your hikes directly from the house.
