Spacious 4½ room apartment with 120 sqm of living space. There are three double bedrooms for 6 people. It is furnished modernly and has two bathrooms, one with shower/toilet and one with bathtub/toilet.
There is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and a restricted view of the Matterhorn.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all comforts such as glass ceramic cooking zones, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, capsule coffee machine, toaster, fondue dishes, etc.
For the first rental day, a starter set with a garbage bag, coffee capsules, soap, and shampoo are provided.
The living room features a modern LCD television with a home cinema system and cable television, DVD player, stereo system, and free W-LAN for your notebook.

Modern, exclusive and luxurious flat house in a central, quiet and sunny location. The house can be reached from the railway station in about 10 minutes on foot or in a few minutes by electric taxi, which drives right up to the front door. The bus stop for the ski bus is just a few metres from the house and the Sunnegga Paradise ski area is a 5-minute walk away. There are shops and restaurants in the vicinity of the house. The house was built to the Minergie standard and therefore offers excellent living comfort. Casa della Luce has a ski room with heated ski boot cupboard. A lift takes you from the entrance area to your flat. Our guests also have access to an exclusive in-house wellness centre with whirlpools, steam bath and sauna, where you can really relax after a strenuous day in the Zermatt mountains.
All flats are non-smoking flats.
Pets are not allowed.
