Spacious 4 ½ room apartment with a gross floor area of 120 m2 featuring three double bedrooms for 6 people and a walk-in closet. The sunny apartment has a big balcony with a restricted Matterhorn view. It is equipped modernly with two bathrooms (shower/WC and bathtub/WC) and even a washing machine and a tumbler. The high-quality kitchen provides all the needed facilities such as a ceramic glass hob, stove, steamer, Teppanyaki Grill, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and a "Delizio" capsule coffee machine.
For the first rental day a starter set with a garbage bag, coffee capsules, soap, and shampoo are provided.
The living room features an LCD screen with international cable TV and a DVD player.

Modern, exclusive and luxurious flat house in a central, quiet and sunny location. The house can be reached from the railway station in about 10 minutes on foot or in a few minutes by electric taxi, which drives right up to the front door. The bus stop for the ski bus is just a few metres from the house and the Sunnegga Paradise ski area is a 5-minute walk away. There are shops and restaurants in the vicinity of the house. The house was built to the Minergie standard and therefore offers excellent living comfort. Casa della Luce has a ski room with heated ski boot cupboard. A lift takes you from the entrance area to your flat. Our guests also have access to an exclusive in-house wellness centre with whirlpools, steam bath and sauna, where you can really relax after a strenuous day in the Zermatt mountains.
All flats are non-smoking flats.
Pets are not allowed.
