Bright and quiet 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor. Non-smoking apartment.
Living area and kitchen were comprehensively renovated in autumn 2012 and the bathroom in summer 2015. In summer 2018 the fassade of the house was completely renewed. The whole apartment is appointed with real-wood parquet. The modern designer kitchen has stone countertops, an oven and a ceramic cob (tiptronic). The living area has large windows to the south- and eastside with two accesses to the continuous balcony with great mountain- and Matterhornview. The bathroom has a separate balcony as well. TV-flatscreen, radio/CD, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, Raclette ofen, fondue pot, free internet (WLAN) and a common heated ski locker are further comforts. House with no elevator.
150m to Matterhorn Paradise cable car station, 100m to skibus stop to Sunnegga Paradise and Railway Station (skibus is included in skipass).
