Living area and kitchen were comprehensively renovated in autumn 2012 and the bathroom in summer 2015. In summer 2018 the fassade of the house was completely renewed. The whole apartment is appointed with real-wood parquet. The modern designer kitchen has stone countertops, an oven and a ceramic cob (tiptronic). The living area has large windows to the south- and eastside with two accesses to the continuous balcony with great mountain- and Matterhornview. The bathroom has a separate balcony as well.
