Nice, you are interested in our flat. It is a bijou, very well maintained and tastefully furnished (70m2). Very quietly situated in a two-storey house with a magnificent view of the Lohner and the mountains. Easily accessible by public transport, 5 minutes walk to the mountain railways and the village. Internet, radio etc. are available, the view of the mountains replaces the TV. The terrace is spacious, with dining area and lounge area. The flat is newly renovated, has a very spacious, modern living room with lots of charm and a fireplace. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need to conjure up a delicious meal. There are two bedrooms, one larger and one smaller. There is also a bathroom with bath/shower and toilet plus a separate WC. Shared use of sauna and washing machine. A car park is available. Non-smoking flat. No pet.
