Description of the holiday rental

Situation

Very nice little north facing studio of 25m2. 
Renovated, very well equipped and very comfortable.
It is on the 6th floor with lift. 
The building is located next to the departure of the gondolas giving access to the ski slopes.
It can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.
The studio is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
The fireplace is closed and out of order.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and two cooking rings. 
You will also find everything you need to enjoy fondues, raclettes or breakfasts/dinners.
It has a double bed (160x200cm) and a sofa bed.
The studio has a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi.

The bathroom has a bath, toilet and washbasin. 
A hairdryer is available. 

Small balcony facing north with 4 chairs and a table.
A ski locker is available with the flat.
