Description of the holiday rental
Apartment with 2 bedrooms (max 4-6 pers.) in the center, easy access until front of the building. Living/dining room with fireplace, TV, balcony, kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with bath/ shower, washingmachine, WC. Beautiful view over the Valaisian Alps. Reduction of 20% for 2 persons for the swimmingpool
Route description
Highway A1 / A12 / A9 (Bern – Fribourg – Vevey – Martigny – Sion ) ou Bern – Spiez – Tunnel du Lötschberg -Sion, Autoroute A1 / A6. Sortie Sion-Est no. 27, direction Ayent/ Anzère (=15 km). Our agency is in the center (= 100 m at the right of the COOP)
Additional extra costs:
Bath towels: Bed linen + towels are included in the rental price
Bed sheets: Bed linen + towels are included in the rental price
Final cleaning: The final cleaning is included
Administration fee: no administration fee
Kitchen towels: Bed linen + towels are included in the rental price
Parking: Box Fr. 120 - per week, covered parking space Fr. 100- per week
Tourist tax: Fr. 3.50 per person per day, Fr. 1.75 per child (6-15) per day. Not included in the rental price
Notice:
Caution: A deposit of Frs 500.- has to be paid by creditcard on arrival
Pets: no animals admitted, accept authorisation by the agency
