Description of the holiday rental
The three room apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining and living area. Equipment: Bedroom with 2 beds and a wardrobe, bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and towels. Living room with sofa, armchair, TV, W-Lan and open kitchen with dishwasher, glass-ceramic, oven, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, Nespresso, kettle, fondue, raclette, pans, dishes. Seats to the east and south side. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the house can be used. The parking lot is directly in front of the house.
Our holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. It is very bright and she is flooded with sunshine all day long. There is also a beautiful garden seating area at your disposal. From there you have a great view into the mountains of the Lower Engadine. The house is located directly next to our stable. You are very welcome to have a look behind the farm doors during the winter months. In summer all animals are on the alp. The apartment is located just outside of Ardez, but nevertheless the village shop (and in winter the ski bus to Ftan) is within 5 minutes walking distance.تفاصيل
