In winter 2015/16, ski school included for children up to 17 years (born in 1998)! The multi-family house "Kleeboda" with 10 apartments (built in 1990) is located in a sunny and quiet spot on Wetterweidweg in the area "Neubach / Untersee" with a view towards Schafrügg and Hörnli (square P-8 according to the official map by Arosa Tourismus). Problem-free, winter-safe access by car, 2 reserved underground parking spaces with direct access via the staircase and lift to the apartment. The bus stop "Wetterweid" of the "AROSA-FREE BUS" is only 70 m from the property. Shops for groceries, sports equipment, and restaurants for all tastes, as well as the ski and snowboard school, can be reached in 10 minutes by "AROSA-FREE BUS". In summer, the beautifully located "Badi" with restaurant, playground, and sunbathing area at Untersee is reachable on foot in 5 minutes.
