Description of the holiday rental
The luxurious 4.5 room Maisonette apartment is located on the 10th floor of the Rothornblick building in a quiet area and surrounded by lots of nature. The apartment is on two floors, on the ground floor there is the living room with kitchen as well as 1 bedroom with a sofa bed and 1 bathroom. On the upper floor there are 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The large corner balcony offers a wonderful mountain view. During the opening times of the next-door hotel Robinson Club Arosa, guests are allowed to use its swimming pool, fitness as well as ski shuttle bus in Winter free of charge. 3 bedrooms (1x double bed / 1x sofa bed / 1x 2 single beds, expandable to 4 single beds) 2 bathrooms (1x bathtub / 1x shower) Spacious living and dining area with fireplace Open, equipped kitchen Corner balcony Garage parking space included Bed linen and towels included Pets allowed (CHF100.- each pet) During the winter season (from 20/12-30/03/26), the swimming pool, wellness, fitness and ski shuttle at the attached hotel can be used free of charge in winter. Please note the house rules. In summer you can reach the large, very well-kept hiking area directly from the house or with the free bus (2 stops in 10 minutes) and use all cable cars and tourist facilities with the "Arosa Card all inclusive". A few minutes away is the wonderful natural swimming pool on the Untersee, the "Badi".
