Description of the holiday rental
Flat with one bedroom, living room, full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with spectacular views of Arosa and the mountains. The flat is located on the 4th floor and has a large balcony. The living room has two double beds that can be stored in the wardrobe, a dining table, sofa and cable TV, as well as its own router. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, basic kitchen utensils,... The bathroom has a bathtub and also a washing machine that you can use. The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe and has access to the balcony. There will also be an assigned parking space in the building. - To get rid of the rubbish, you should use the blue bags we have left in the flat. You can buy more rubbish bags at the supermarket. - The nespresso machine does not have capsules. - The price includes bedding and towels, as well as tourist tax, cleaning of the flat and other basic amenities. Additional costs: - Extra set of bed linen and towels : 30 CHF - Baby set (cot + high chair): 30 CHF
