Dear guests!
Our sunny 3.5 room flat with 2 balconies is located on the top, 3rd floor, and is easily accessible by lift.The open and bright living area with lockable fireplace spreads a special feel-good atmosphere. Hobby cooks will be delighted with the new kitchen with V-Zug appliances. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds. One room has a double bed and another room has two single beds. A cot, high chair and changing table are available if required. On the large sun terrace you can enjoy the Mediterranean "Dolcefaniente" and the flat is located near the golf course with its beautiful pine forest. The Lido and the marina are only a few minutes' walk away. The newly built tennis centre is only about 300 m away and the centre can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. enjoy Ascona and the surrounding valleys. An ideal starting point for beautiful hikes. We warmly welcome you and wish you a pleasant stay!
