Description of the holiday rental
Property description The flat is located in the Villa Zurigo property (comprising a total of 4 flats) on the Via Collina in Ascona, approx. 50 metres above the village centre. The centre can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes, the lake promenade in just 15 minutes.
The south-facing flat and the garden directly in front of it (with barbecue, table, chairs and deckchairs) offer an unrestricted panoramic view over the Maggia delta, the village of Ascona and the northern part of Lake Maggiore.
The flat can be reached by lift from the underground car park.
Pets are welcome!
Room layout:
Entrance with cloakroom, large living room, fully equipped kitchen (220 litre fridge, ceramic hob with visible oven, microwave oven, dishwasher), plenty of cupboards. The two bedrooms each have 1 bathroom-WC with double washbasin and shower-WC with washbasin, as well as washing machine and tumble dryer.
Car park
Access to the underground car park is from Via Collina (which is closed to through traffic). The building, which is 11 m higher, can be reached by lift.
Important: The parking space in the underground car park belonging to the flat is only 154 cm high, i.e. only suitable for a normal car (or station wagon)!
