The house (renovated in 2012) is situated in a very good, quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the lake and the centre of Ascona. Shops and bus stops are within walking distance.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter coffee and Nespresso machine, kettle, crockery, cooking utensils, children's crockery and kitchen towels.
In the living room there is a large dining table for 6 people and a small sofa.
You will find free WLAN, digital TV, TV-radio. There is also a radio with FM/DAB/CD/MP3/USB/Bluetooth (for mobile phones).
All 3 bedrooms have large wardrobes.
There is a bathroom with shower and WC on both the ground floor and first floor (towels not included).
The house is:

- non-smoking inside

The large garden with seating area, electric store, lounge, lawn, pergola and fireplace/barbecue invites you to linger.

A garage parking space is available for your vehicle. If you are travelling with 2 vehicles, you have the option of purchasing a weekly ticket for the car park opposite the house at the multi-purpose hall for CHF 50 for the 2nd vehicle. If required, please contact the owner of the house.
