Description of the holiday rental
Wheelchair accessible apartment with sppacious and comfortable living room. 2 beds which can be folded away during daytime. Dining table with 4 chairs, 2 armchairs, coffee table, telephone and colour television, built-in kitchenette with 2 electric cooking rings, refrigerator and dishwasher. Shower, toilet, washbasin, large balcony with sun loungers.
Note: On request the studio is also bookable in combination with studio No. 1 and then useable as a family home apartment.
The Casa Viva with its 9 apartments is located in the Fläscherstrasse 21B in the village center of Bad Ragaz. The quietly located multi-family house has a beautiful garden. The thermal baths, several shopping possibilities and the main train station are within walking distance. Parking complimentary. Washing machine and dryer available. Pets are allowed on request.

- 2 x 1.5-room apartments (45m²)
- 4 x 1-room studio (40m²)
- 2 x 1-room studios (accessible by wheelchair, about 40m²)

All the apartments have a spacious and cozy living room. During daytime, the beds can be sunk into the living wall. Dining table with 4 chairs, 2 armchairs, lounge table, built-in kitchenette, 2-plate heater, refrigerator and dishwasher. Shower, toilet, sink, large balcony with deck chairs.
