The house is situated in a central and quiet location directly behind the tourism office. The slanted attic appartment in the 3th floor has a balcony facing south and two dormers facing west with a view to the chapel, the Simplon area, Weissmies, Fletschhorn, Mischabel, Matterhorn and Weisshorn. Pharmacy, physician, bakery, bank, grocery, kiosk, post office, sports shop and tourism office are max. 200m away. The appartment is equipped with TV/radio, books (german) and board games.
