The chalet is located in Alpmatten, in a quiet location. It is 700 meter away from the cable car station, an easy 20 min. walk. The center of Bettmeralp is accessible by the close by Monorail, free of charge and open all year round. In the center of Bettmeralp you find restaurants, shops, pharmacy, bank and post office. In winter the ski lift Alpmatten is less than 100 meter away, which connects you to the ski region Aletsch Arena, you can reach the lift on ski.
