Bedrooms:
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms on the 1st floor and 1 three-bed room on the 2nd floor (1 double bed and 1 single bed). Bed linen, if desired, for CHF 15.00 per person.

Living room:
The living room is located on the ground floor. The living room offers enough space for a convivial get-together. Separate from the living room, the apartment has a cozy TV room with sofa and lounge table. Free WLAN.

Kitchen:
The kitchen (ground floor) is closed with a large dining table. The kitchen is generously equipped. In addition to the usual cooking and dining utensils, a Soda-Stream, steamer/oven, etc. are available. Spices and oils are also available in the kitchen.

Bathrooms:
One bathroom with WC is located on the ground floor, another bathroom and separate toilet on the 1st floor. Bathroom linen must be brought by the tenant.

Further information:
Washing machine and dryer are available, as well as a ski boot dryer. The apartment is centrally heated with wood chips via district heating.

The Casa Paterna house was the birthplace of the Romansh poet Giachen Hasper Muoth and is under monument protection. The house is very centrally located. The apartment offers enough space for 9 people and is well equipped.

In winter, you can reach the ski facilities as well as the alpine and snow sports school in about 5 minutes on foot. In summer, you can enjoy the sun on the seating area in front of the house. Brigels offers many hiking opportunities in summer and winter. The bakery, butcher, cheese dairy and Volg shop in the village are easily accessible within about 5 minutes on foot.

Parking directly in front of the house (3 parking spaces). Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
