Living room: An open living space with a kitchen/dining area includes a large dining table (extended with space for 10 people), a generous corner sofa group with space for 4 people, a comfortable recamier, a stylish bar for 4 people, some board games for cozy evenings, and access to a large balcony with all-day sunshine. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic cooktop with oven, a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette oven, and a fondue caquelon. Beautiful wine, champagne, and beer glasses are also part of the kitchen, as are towels and kitchen linens - all included in the price. Bathroom: One bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet/lavatory, the other bathroom has a shower and a toilet/lavatory. Towels are provided and included in the price. The top-equipped 4 1/2 room apartment (100 m2) is located in a very central location on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with 7 apartments (elevator). From two balconies, you have a wonderful view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva. On the ground floor, there is a ski room. A garage space and a car port are included in the price. Distance to the valley station of the mountain railways: 10 minutes walking or 3 minutes with the free ski bus (bus stop < 100 m).
