3-room apartment. Simple and rustic furnishings: small living room. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven) with dining table, open-hearth fireplace. Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2), sitting area. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds (extra), logs (extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. NL-00004328 Bruzella 9 km from Mendrisio: Old, small mews "Ai Funtann". In the resort Bruzella (NUCLEO), in a cul-de-sac. Private: patio. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 100 m long motor access to the house. Public parking 200 m on the road. Grocery 2.5 km, bus stop "Bruzella, Paese" 700 m, railway station "Mendrisio" 10 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Mulino di Bruzella,Ligornetto Museo Vela, Museo Etnografico della Valle di Muggio, Cabbio, Rancate Pinacoteca Züst, Mendrisio:Museo d’Arte, Outlet Foxtown, Meride: Museo dei fossili del Monte San. Giorgio (patrimonio Unesco). Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como, Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Monte Generoso(Fiore di pietra), San Giorgio, San Salvatore, Monte Lema-Monte Tamaro, Splash and SPA. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request (extra).
