Cozy and modern maisonette holiday apartment in the upper part of a very old farmhouse (1622, listed building), built in 2008. The house is located in the small, quiet farming village of Buchen at around 1000 m above sea level in the upper village, away from the main road, three minutes from the post bus stop.

People who seek peace and relaxation but also appreciate the proximity to numerous event and leisure opportunities are exactly right with us! Well-known winter and summer sports resorts are easy to reach. Buchen is located on the post bus route Schiers-Pany and is cleared of snow first in winter. Nevertheless, winter equipment is necessary. 

Summer: family-friendly hiking trail network with fireplaces, bike paradise, dog walking trails with Robidogs, nature play trail and family-friendly outdoor pool in Pany. Trottinette descents and via ferratas and family climbing garden and alpine routes in St. Antönien.

Winter: winter hiking trails and sledging runs, family-friendly ski lift with ski school and cross-country skiing loop and snowshoe trails in Pany, well-known ski and snowshoe touring area in St. Antönien.

Easily accessible by car: Pany 9 min, Grüsch-Danusa 13 min, St. Antönien 16 min, Klosters/Davos 24 min

The local tax included in the price enables tenants with a digital guest card to benefit from various discounts: free use of the post bus Küblis-Schiers-Pany-St. Antönien and the alpine bus and the outdoor pool in Pany, 50 % discount on the ski lift in Pany, various discounts on admissions and courses.
