The Chesa Chalcherin is a newly built Minergie apartment house. It is situated in a quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the Marguns gondola lift as well as the ski school and its slopes for the little ones. The train station and various shopping facilities are only a few minutes walk away.
The cozy, well-lighted apartment is located on the top floor. Living- /dining room with open kitchen. Apartment's own sauna for optimal relaxation during your vacations.1 double bedroom. Shower/WC. The sofa can be prepared into a sofa bed.
Roof loggia with wonderful view over Celerina and Piz Languard. 1 garagebox. Free WIFI. Ski- /bike room in community.
