Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 130 cm with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (3 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bathroom. North facing position. Very beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. Reserved parking space n 28 (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Champex: Beautiful apartment house "Renaissance". In the resort, 600 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 30 m from the lake. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, public parking 2 km. Shop 600 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 300 m. Tennis 500 m, ski lift 700 m, slopes 1.3 km, ski school, ski-kindergarten 700 m, sled run 1.3 km, ice field 250 m, children's playground 500 m.
