Welcome to our cosy 2 ½ room top floor flat with 60 m² of living space, located in quiet Champfer, close to fashionable St. Moritz. The flat, which is on the 4th floor of an apartment building, is easily accessible via a lift from the underground car park to the 3rd floor. Its location and facilities make it the perfect starting point for unforgettable holiday experiences in the Engadin.

Inside, the flat has a spacious living and dining room, which is connected to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including a fondue and raclette set and a Nespresso machine. A comfortable sofa is available for cosy evenings, which can also be used as an extra bed for two people. The separate bedroom with double bed and the bathroom, equipped with a bathtub (shower only possible in sitting position), complete the room offer. Internet/WLAN and TV, which are available free of charge, provide entertainment.
