Located in the centre of Chandolin in a small residence, close to all amenities and the shuttle bus, this 96m² duplex attic apartment for 7 (to 8) people will charm you with its superb view stretching from the bottom of the valley to the plain and the old village. Pets not allowed.Layout: Spacious entrance hall with wardrobe, small semi-open kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, toaster, oven and fondue pot. Dining area with large table, bright living room with stone fireplace (wood not provided, but available for purchase at the village supermarket), flat-screen TV, internet (Wi-Fi) and direct access to the terrace. Garden furniture available. One double bedroom (mattress: 160 x 200 cm and duvet: 220 x 240 cm) also giving access to the furnished, private 12 m² terrace. Bathroom with bath and washbasin, separate WC with washbasin and washing machine.Upstairs: a second bathroom with a bath and WC. Two other bedrooms: one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with one single bed and two bunk beds. One single bed in the hallway.In the residence: lift, ski storage room.In summary: a pleasant, accessible and easy-going flat.
