Magnificent 3 room apartment, completely renovated and located a few minutes from the center of Montana and the ski lifts of the Grand Signal. Very quiet and sunny situation. South exposure and panorama on the Alps. Apartment composed of an entrance, a double living room of 35 m2 with fireplace and television, a large south facing bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and fireplace, adjoining bathroom, a second bedroom with two twin beds (90x200cm) and a complete shower room. Separate fully equipped kitchen with French doors to balcony. Dining room. South facing balcony of 21m2. Wifi. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING APARTMENT. Parking space available in front of the building.
Kitchen equipment : dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, cheese fondue set and raclette machine.
Additional equipment : vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, basic cleaning products, hand and dishwashing soaps - 1 garbage bag* provided on arrival with 1 tablet for the dishwasher*.
(*for the rest of the stay, these products are at the charge of the tenant)
Equipped balcony (2 tables + 8 chairs + 1 deck chair)
