Charming 3-room flat for 4 people. Located on the 1st floor in a very quiet residence. Bright living room with decorative fireplace, TV, dining area. South-facing terrace with splendid views of the Alps. Open fully-equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom with a double bed for 2 people, and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, with access to a balcony. 1 bathroom with toilet and washbasin. Parking space in the garage and outside parking. PETS NOT ALLOWED. NO SMOKING. WIFI Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (capsule and filter), raclette set, cheese fondue, meat fondue. Additional equipment: hairdryer, basic cleaning products, hand and dishwashing soaps - 1 bin bag* provided on arrival with 1 dishwasher tablet*. (*for the rest of the stay, these products are at the tenant's expense)
