Charming 2 bedrooms (1 mezzanine) apartment on the 3rd floor for 4 people in a luxury building close to the centre of Montana and the Signal ski lifts. Beautiful views, quiet and sunny location. Comfortable, contemporary living room with decorative fireplace, television, dining area and mezzanine with 2 beds (90x200), 1 full bathroom and 1 separate WC renovated in 2021, 1 bedroom with 1 bed for 2 (160x200), separate kitchen. North and South-facing attic balcony. Lock-up garage No. 15. Pets not allowed, no smoking. Internet with wifi available.
Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, oven, fridge, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, kettle, fondue set, raclette set, toaster.
Additional equipment: hairdryer, basic cleaning products, hand and dishwashing soaps - 1 bin bag* provided on arrival with 1 dishwasher tablet*.
(*for the rest of the stay, these products are at the tenant's expense)
