Charming 3-room apartment, ideal for 4 people, located on the 4th floor of a residential building in the center of Montana, close to the Signal gondolas. It offers a magnificent view of the Alps, in a quiet and sunny setting.
The apartment includes a living room with TV, decorative fireplace, dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The balcony is also equipped to enjoy the outdoors.
It has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and shower cubicle, as well as a second shower room. A private indoor parking space is available.
Kitchen equipment: microwave, coffee machine (capsules), kettle, raclette set, cheese fondue set, dishwasher.
Additional equipment: basic cleaning products, hand soaps and dishes – 1 bin bag* provided on arrival with 1 dishwasher tablet*
(*for the rest of the stay, these products are at the expense of the tenant)
PETS NOT ALLOWED.
