Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms – a large master bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a sofa bed, seating area with sofa and flat-screen TV with Apple TV. One bedroom with 3 single beds and one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm). All bedrooms feature wardrobes and/or chests of drawers. Bedding is provided but not included in the base price.

Living room:
Stube with a large dining table and a small seating area. TV and Wi-Fi are also available free of charge.

Kitchen:
The kitchen features a glass-ceramic cooktop with oven, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher, as well as a capsule coffee machine (Delizio capsules). A raclette oven and fondue set with caquelon are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a seating/dining area. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.

Bathrooms:
One bathroom with a bathtub/shower, toilet, and double sink on the upper floor of the apartment. Additionally, there is a separate wet room with shower and toilet on the lower floor, and a further barrier-free toilet in the basement, all available for tenants. Towels are only available upon request and are not included in the price.

The 4.5-room apartment is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Cumbel, directly opposite the church. The post bus/ski bus stop is right in front of the house, and the Vella valley station of the ski lift to the Obersaxen/Mundaun/Lumnezia ski area can be reached in just 5–10 minutes. From the rooftop terrace, which is accessible to all residents, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Val Lumnezia mountains and the Vals Valley. Ski equipment can be stored in the basement.
