Sunny, cozy, large, and family-friendly holiday apartment in Cunter near Savognin with a beautiful view of the medieval castle of Riom. The 90m2 large 3.5-room apartment is conveniently located, as the Postbus stops right in front of the door (stop "Dafora") and there are also plenty of parking spaces in front of the house or above in the public parking lot for drivers. It is only a 4-5 minute walk to the ski bus (stop "Vischnanca"). It takes you directly to the valley station of Savognin and back. With the Postbus, you can reach Savognin in 2 minutes, or 15-20 minutes on foot. If you want to travel a bit further, you will be in Lenzerheide, Bergün, or on the Julier Pass in 25 minutes. Up to 8 people can stay in the apartment. It has one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds as well as a bunk bed. Additionally, 1-2 people can sleep on the sofa bed. The apartment is furnished in a family-friendly manner. In addition to some toys, a baby bed and a high chair are available. Bed, kitchen, and bath linens are provided. The separate kitchen is very well equipped, including a toaster, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a moka pot, a French press, a raclette oven, a fondue caquelon, and many other kitchen aids. In the living room, there is a television with satellite reception and a DVD player available. Internet is accessible via Wi-Fi. The bright bathroom features a bathtub with a shower fixture, a toilet, and a sink with a mirror and under-sink cabinet. The balcony is sunny and offers a beautiful view. In the multi-family house, the garden, a ski and storage room, as well as the washing machine (Tuesday afternoons) can be used. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Key handover is done independently with the help of a key box next to the apartment door.
