2 1/2 room apartment (app.54m 2) in the second floor; apartment house with elevator; balcony south-west; parking in front of the house; shared use of ski-room, washing machine; new kitchen (2021) in country style with ceramic hob, oven and extractor bonnet, large fridge, dishwasher and built-in microwave; bath / WC; 1 bedroom with Boxspring 180*200cm, and 2 folding beds in the living room, sofa, dinette; bed linen, bath linen, kitchen towels, nordic, telephone, digital TV, Internet and WLAN; rubbish bags; nonsmoking apartment; Heads up! Pets are not allowed, but there may still be animal hair in the apartment! Price includes rent, cleaning, linen, tourist tax and service charge are independent of the number of persons. Rent reduced by 10% in May due to possible noise in the neighbouring building (houses built together) due to flat renovation.
