Parking (extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Davos Platz: Beautiful apartment block "Parkareal (Utoring)", built in 1966. 300 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 500 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside.
