Quietly located, new, fully furnished 3 ½-room apartment (70 sqm) on the ground floor; large south-facing terrace with loungers, table, and chairs; spacious living room with armchair, sofa, dining table, TV, Wi-Fi; master bedroom with dresser/wardrobe and double bed (mattresses 2*90*200); children's room with large wardrobe and a bunk bed (2*90*200) and two stackable single beds (2*90*200), small desk; kitchen with dishwasher, 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, milk frother, coffee machine, fondue set, raclette set; bathroom with sink, toilet, mirrored cabinet; bed linen, kitchen towels, towels; ski room, laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer; reserved parking space (space for 2 cars in tandem). In summer, barbecue area with open fire pit and stone table and bench. Pets not allowed; non-smoking apartment! The price includes rent, cleaning, laundry, guest tax, and processing fee regardless of the number of people. April-October rent reduced by 10% due to facade and heating renovation.
