2-room chalet 30 m2. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Shower/WC. Oil heating, boiler (200 litres). Balcony 8 m2, terrace 25 m2, patio 20 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), box-room. Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Small, rustic, simple chalet "Höchi", 1'000 m a.s.l., built in 1970, renovated in 2016, surrounded by trees and meadows. Above Ebnat-Kappel, 5 km from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: property 420 m2, garden 300 m2. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Supermarket 5.2 km, restaurant 5 km, railway station "Ebnat-Kappel" 5.2 km, outdoor swimming pool 5.6 km. Ski lift 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Unterwasser-Wildhaus 23 km.
