Description of the holiday rental
3-rooms. Comfortable appartment 2 bedroooms, 68 m2, for 5 persons, on the ground floor (some steps) of a residence situated at the end of the village of Evolène, towards Les Haudères. Next to the shops and bus stop. 4 minutes walk from the centre. Entrance, living room with sofa convertible for 2 people, kitchen corner. 1 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90/200). 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160/200) . Bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC. Big south-western facing balcony. Orientation south-western. Equipments and miscellaneous: The sofa in the living room and the beds were changed in spring 2021 and equipped with 27 cm memory foam mattresses. Microwave oven. Dishwasher. Multi-channel television. Free Wifi. Central heating. Ski storage area. Shared laundry room for a fee. Comon parking place in front of the residence.Animals allowed with previous agreement and payment.Bedding: 6 pillows (50/70), 4 duvets (160/210), 1 duvet (200/210).

Our Agency is located in the middle of Evolène, brown chalet before the church, on your left hand side, on the up ground floor.

Bath towels: Bed, kitchen and bath (CHF 33.- by pers). Not included in the rental price.
Final cleaning: Normal final cleaning is included in the rental price; an add. amount can be charged in case of abus
Administration fee: Included.
Kitchen towels: Bedlinen (CHF 22.- by pers.) Not included in the rental price.
Parking: Private or public parking places (free or paid) are available for each accommodation.
Tourist tax: CHF 2.50 by Night by adult
CHF 1.25 by Night by child (6-16 years)
Notice:
Caution: A deposit of CHF 200.- to CHF 500.- can be requested.
Pets: Animal are allowed in some properties with previous agreement and payment of CHF 60.-
