Description of the holiday rental
The pretty holiday home with wonderful panoramic views of the mountain group Signina is idyllically situated in a quiet residential area on the sunny slope of Flims. With a carport, parking, a large terrace and garden, the accommodation is suitable for families, couples or small groups.
The apartment is newly renovated and offers an upscale expansion. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, combi steamer, coffee maker, tea maker, raclette grill and fondue pan and more. The bathroom looks classy with its natural stone from the local Valsergranit.
The apartment is also suitable for handicapped people, as the whole accommodation with shower is barrier-free. The bathroom door is only 71cm wide.
The property is rented from Saturday to Saturday.
In winter, the ski bus runs every 15 minutes comfortably to the valley station Flims and also in summer there is a shuttle bus.
Shops are diverse and are within walking distance.
